Kripa Foundation Iyengar Yoga Courses
This is a holistic practice that uses Asana and Pranayama to prepare for meditation. This practice challenges us to find the courage and serenity to access the innate wisdom of the body. By stilling the mind we are further able to draw on our inner resources.
Courses are suitable for those in recovery and/or anyone who wants to enhance their ability ‘to be with what is’ and ‘know themselves’ a little more deeply in mind, body and spirit. Kate is a Minded Yoga therapist and Kripa Foundation Iyengar Yoga practitioner. Her teaching style draws upon her 25+ years experience as a bodyworker and spiritual healer.
Courses are held at The Study Society on WEDNESDAYS 7pm–8.45pm.
